I’m working as a shepherd on Cattle Flat station, beef & sheep farm down in Southland, near Balfour.

2009 Mitsubishi Triton

What’s your favourite feature (or quirk) about your ute?

Call it what you want, but my triton is the real MVP- gets me from A to B and hauls the float around like it’s nothing!

What song is always on your playlist when you’re behind the wheel?

Zach Bryan for the feels, Luke Combs for the beers, and Ella Langley to keep me wild- that’s my country playlist!

What’s your ultimate roadtrip snack when you’re out on the farm or heading to town?

Hands down got to be a coke and a packet of snakes-pure gourmet dining.

What’s always rolling around in the back seat or tray?

Forget the horse gear, work stuff, and the empty cans - it’s the dogs causing all the real chaos with their ruff and tumble in the back.
